You can return any product you purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase. In such a case, you must contact us at hello@iloandfriends.com and specify the reason for the return along with the details of the product you want to return. The products to be returned must be unused, unwashed and in resalable condition.
You can send the product you want to return to this address. The shipping cost is the customer's responsibility for all returns. After the product reaches us, it will be examined by us and after its compliance with the return conditions is approved, the amount paid for the product will be refunded to you within 3 business days.
There is no exchange procedure on our site, in order to purchase a different product, you must place a new order after returning the product.
