Delivery

Your order will be prepared and delivered to the cargo company within 5 business days after your payment is received. If you want your order to be sent urgently, you can write to us at hello@iloandfriends.com. Since all of our products are handmade, it may take a relatively long time to prepare. We thank you for your patience.

The standard shipping fee within Europe is 15EU.

When we deliver your order to the cargo, we will send you an information e-mail with the tracking number. We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by cargo afterwards, but you can be sure that we will do our best to ensure that your package reaches you as soon as possible.
